WORKING SHIFT: Monday to Sunday, full time 8 hours between 09:00 to 23:00.
Overall Responsibilities
Provide a professional and courteous welcome to guests entering the resort via the beach gate area. Maintain control of all individuals entering the resort, following company guidelines as directed by managers and supervisors.
* Ensure quality of service based on Marriott Vacation Club International standards.
* Remain at the beach access points at all times during your shift, leaving only for authorized breaks.
* Vigilantly observe guests entering the resort to verify they are in-house guests and not intruders.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of onsite staff, property, services, and operational hours.
* Keep the workplace clean and uphold hygiene standards.
* Understand the emergency procedures and different emergency levels (blue, yellow, red) and respond appropriately.
* Proactively identify potential issues or risks at the main entrance and report anomalies immediately to supervisor or manager on duty.
Physical Job Requirements
* Ability to stand for most of the shift, often under the sun.
* Ability to handle stress and manage difficult situations, including guest and staff complaints or emergencies.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Medical checks are recommended.
Job Qualifications
* Fluent in Spanish.
* Moderate understanding of English.
* Minimum experience in customer service or similar roles.
