Your mission
You will take ownership of the end-to-end infrastructure operations, ensuring:
* Continuous service availability
* Operational excellence across processes
* Technical evolution aligned with hybrid cloud strategy
You will act as the technical authority in critical situations, while also driving long-term improvements.
What you will be responsible for
* Owning service quality across Storage, SAN, Backup and Network domains
* Acting as escalation lead for P1/P2 incidents, ensuring SLA compliance and RCA within 24h
* Driving incident, problem, change and capacity management under ITIL practices
* Coordinating operations across multiple international locations
* Ensuring zero capacity risks and continuous service availability
* Managing and aligning a multi-vendor ecosystem (HPE, NetApp, Brocade, Cisco, IBM, Scality)
* Leading standardization, documentation and knowledge maturity
What we are looking for
* Strong experience in enterprise infrastructure operations
* Deep knowledge of:
* Storage platforms (HPE 3PAR / Alletra, NetApp)
* SAN environments (Brocade)
* Backup & network ecosystems
* Experience in 24x7 mission-critical environments
* Solid understanding of ITIL v4 operational processes
* Exposure to hybrid-cloud and multi-site infrastructures
* Ability xohynlm to operate between technical depth and stakeholder governance
