Spanish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our international team in

Athens, Greece. In this role, you’ll be the voice of the brand for Spanish-speaking customers, supporting them through phone, email, and chat to ensure their questions are answered and their problems solved.

Remote work option available — but you must be based in Greece.

What You’ll Do

Provide top-tier customer service to Spanish-speaking clients across multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
\n
Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
\n
Deliver customer-centric solutions with empathy, patience, and efficiency.
\n
Collaborate with the wider support team to ensure a smooth and seamless customer journey. xugodme

Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve processes and customer satisfaction .

What We’re Looking For
\n
Spanish C2 level
\n
(native or near-native fluency)
\n
English B2 minimum
\n
(for training and team communication)
\n
Strong communication skills
\n
– both written and verbal
\n
A problem-solving mindset with adaptability to fast-paced environments
\n
Basic computer skills
\n
(CRM, ticketing systems, MS Office, etc.)
\n
EU Passport
\n
(required for legal employment in Greece)
