What are we looking for?\nWe are looking for a\nWeb Developer\nto support the development and maintenance of our internal intranet and web-based tools, ensuring reliability, usability, and continuous improvement.

What will you do?\nDevelopment & Maintenance
\n
\n
- Develop and maintain new features for the company’s internal intranet and web applications
\n
- Write clean, structured, and maintainable code (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
\n
- Ensure proper documentation and code commenting for long-term maintainability
\n
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs reported by internal users
\n
- Perform regular updates and improvements to keep systems fully operational
\n
\nDatabase Management\n
\n
- Write and optimize MySQL queries (CRUD operations)
\n
- Design and create database structures to support new functionalities
\n
- Translate business needs into effective database solutions
\n
\nCollaboration & Communication\n
\n
- Work closely with internal teams (IT, Operations, QA, Regulatory) to gather requirements
\n
- Translate functional needs into technical solutions
\n
- Document developments and technical decisions
\n
- Communicate progress, timelines, and blockers clearly
\n
\nContinuous Improvement\n
\n
- Identify opportunities to improve the existing codebase
\n
- Stay up to date with web development best practices
\n
\nWhat will you bring?\n
\n
- Degree in IT/Engineering or similar
\n
- 3+ years of experience as a Web Developer
\n
- Strong knowledge of PHP and Apache environments
\n
- Solid skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL
\n
- Experience working with existing codebases
\n
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
\n
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across teams
\n
- Languages: Spanish, Catalan, English
