About AXA GO and the team You will join the General Secretary & Risk division, which regroups the transversal and control functions (Legal, Compliance, Data Privacy, Risk Management, Internal Control and Audit Remediation). These activities support AXA Group Operations (hereafter "AXA GO") strategic orientations by defining, implementing and monitoring compliance of the activities operated by AXA GO with AXA Group standards and regulatory requirements across geographies.
Mission of the division
Support GO and Group Corporate functions hosted within AXA GO (e.g. contract negotiations with Group Procurement, M&A activities with Group/GO Finance, etc).
Position AXA GO as a safe and reliable partner for AXA entities by providing expertise for Group IT products and services delivered to AXA entities worldwide (Risk & Data Privacy by design principles).
Deploy a consistent risk management framework across AXA GO ensuring adequate risk identification, risk assessment and risk response strategy (Internal Control, Audit Remediation, Insurance coverages) in alignment with the AXA GO risk appetite.
Drive the balance between risk and value delivery to foster better decision making by Senior Management.
Guarantee and develop a strong Risk Culture at all levels of the organization.

About the job Reporting to the Data Privacy Center of Expertise (DPCoE), your main missions will be to ensure the compliance of products (distributed by AXA GO to AXA group entities) and AXA GO projects with applicable regulations concerning Data Protection and Artificial Intelligence, as well as with the Group's internal policies, by:
Conducting risk analyses (GDPR, EU AI Act, etc.) of products (licenses, infrastructure, etc.) acquired by AXA GO and of projects led by the company.
Contributing to: due diligence of suppliers; maintenance of the processing register; contractual negotiations related to Data Protection / AI; creation and updating of procedures, guidelines, and practical sheets; implementation and monitoring of remediation plans; training sessions for internal clients.
Providing: support to the DPO/AI Officer community regarding products distributed by AXA GO within AXA; support in case of personal data breaches or requests for data subject rights under GDPR.
Participating in the creation and updating of AI/Data Protection compliance tools, drafting notes, and conducting monitoring on AI/Data Protection compliance topics.
Ensuring appropriate communication with various stakeholders (at group and entity level).

Strengthening collaboration with other second-line defense teams;
Being a "team player" within the AXA GO General Secretariat and the Compliance, Data Privacy, and AI community of the AXA group.

Experience
At least 2 years of experience within a similar position.
Education: law school, business school, computer science.
Targeted schools: Specialization in Data Protection, Information Systems, AI Compliance.
Technical skills
Strong understanding of regulations concerning Data Protection and AI compliance (e.g., EU AI Act).
Knowledge of data protection methodologies.
Knowledge of legal design would be a plus.
Results-oriented; ability to prioritize tasks, define, and implement a clear action plan.
