Experteer Overview
As Content & Brand Manager for the German market, you will own the content and brand strategy and lead a small team to drive demand. You will shape the German roadmap, manage multi-channel distribution, and translate insights into compelling stories that grow traffic, engagement, and leads. You’ll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, delivering measurable impact for Factorial’s DACH presence. This is a growth-focused, autonomous role with cross-functional collaboration and direct business results.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Content Strategy & Distribution: define ideation, direction, and the German content roadmap; plan distribution across owned and external channels
• Brand Projects: drive DACH brand awareness, coordinate local initiatives, media outreach, and freelance coordination; oversee social media and video concepts
• External Campaign Management: manage whitepapers, newsletters, advertorials, and directory mentions
• Performance & Growth: track traffic, engagement, conversions, and CRM attribution; test and iterate to scale what works; share learnings across markets
Responsabilidades
• 2-3 years in content marketing or B2B copywriting (SaaS or HR preferred)
• Excellent German writing and storytelling; strong spelling
• First team leadership/management experience
• Strong SEO understanding and keyword optimization
• Ability to manage multiple projects with autonomy and rigor
• Team-player, curious, proactive
