Your Job
1. Creation and ownership of Business Unit-specific marketing plans
2. Establish specific KPIs and ensure necessary reporting is in place to measure effectiveness and optimize results
3. Conduct monthly and quarterly reports to key stakeholders to ensure business goals are being tracked and met
4. Effectively analyse data to make decisions and deliver measurable results
5. Development of the global marketing strategy, annual marketing plan for 1 or more Business Units/Solutions
6. Content owner for the global digital applications and social media content.
7. Management and delivery of marketing Business Units/Solution-specific marketing campaigns. Brief external parties and ensure they deliver within the timeline and budget
Your Profile
8. Successful completion of a bachelor’s degree in marketing / communications or similar degree
9. Good communication skills - Fluent English / Excellent written and verbal communications skills
10. 4-6 years previous experience in marketing focused on strategic marketing
11. Minimum of 4 years of B2B marketing experience
12. Ideally first experience in the healthcare business from a supplier’s perspective or alternative from within a healthcare company
13. Ability to work in an international environment
14. Ability to influence others to achieve targets
15. Office or home-based position
16. Self-starter, highly motivated, ability to work independently, as a member of a team, or taking direction from a supervisor
