We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Payroll Consultant (Junior). Reporting to the Payroll Director, the role is based in Barcelona and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Corporates Department and its growth.
Purpose of Role
Manages the assigned client portfolio and is responsible for performing general payroll tasks for a set of clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Manages a portfolio of clients acting as main point of contact for the clients assigned, escalating when necessary.
* Manages, works, and controls the full payroll cycle, making the appropriate checks.
* Prepares and takes care of the presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual withholding income tax forms (Forms 111/216/190/296/345).
* Responsible for the preparation and filing of social security forms (RNT/RLC/CRA).
* Hires & Leavers coordination.
* Manages, prepares and controls companies’ payroll registration process.
* Works in close collaboration with other departments for any items that may have cross-impact.
* Follows the company quality standards and processes.

* Basic payroll skills.
Education and Professional Qualification
* University education in Relaciones Laborales or a similar field.
* Good level of English.
* Proficiency in Spanish to be in contact with the Administration.
