Ready to join one of our Graduate Programs in Spain? We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The internship start is October 1, 2026 and will last 11 months (end around September 2027). It is a full-time experience (40h/week) with an attractive study grant. The program, developed with Camilo José Cela University, includes an opportunity to study a Master organized in training blocks and to undertake an 11-month internship at Airbus in an area related to the degree.
Responsibilities
Help align the project's vision and strategy with business KPIs, working closely alongside the product development team.
Assist in validating project assumptions, mapping current processes, and defining clear problem statements.
Support the Product Owner in gaining a deep understanding of the end-user by actively participating in user research.
Help produce comprehensive UX documentation, contributing to the creation of personas, user journey maps, sitemaps, and wireframes.
Collaborate with users and the development team to brainstorm and explore optimal solutions that balance business goals with user needs.
Assist in transforming abstract concepts into tangible, concrete solutions and representations.
Work with the team to provide accurate workload estimates, helping to reduce risks before the development phase begins.
Participate in providing high-quality, iterative UX/UI solutions, thriving as both an independent contributor and a team member.
Aid in conceptualizing and building UI prototypes and mockups, supporting the development team with user insights, design details, extra screen creation, and backlog prioritization.
Internship Details
Combination of Master studies and a 11-month internship at Airbus in an area related to the degree.
Start of internship in early October 2026.
Full-time commitment (40 hours per week).
