You will join the IAM PSL team which is part of IM (Information Management), in the Infrastructures & Digital Platforms department.
Your Challenges
The role of an Identity and Access Management IT operator is to work with the IM Airbus Helicopters organization. Your job will be split in 4 main domains of activities: Support, Automation, Reporting and CyberIAM. You will perform these 4 domains of activities for the Customer Center mainly, but you could also cover Mother Company.
Responsibilities
Monitors scheduled jobs on IAM platforms, notifies in case of issues and resolves incidents.
Communicates improvement, updates and obsolescence management of products to the Customer Centers local IT.
Performs the ITIL based support processes that include incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management.
Analyses error messages, diagnoses system failures and takes corrective action in order to ensure continuity of operations, escalating to other technical teams and vendors as needed.
Performs daily checks, performs troubleshooting, and proposes, follows and performs improvement on known processes like accounts lifecycle.
Performs and maintains scripting; develops and maintains automated tasks.
Performs daily requests, troubleshoots on Analytics Dashboard for the Customer Center and Mother Company.
Monitors system logs and alerts, investigates and responds to potential security incidents in a timely manner.
Skills
Master's degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or related field.
3 to 5 years of experience as an IT operator. Ideally, experience in Identity and Access Management in an industrial and transversal context.
Knowledge or experience with Identity Lifecycle, User Provisioning, Directory Services, Password Management, Single Sign-On (SSO), Audit & Compliance, Identity Governance, and Role Management.
Knowledge of the ITIL framework.
Knowledge of modern authentication & authorization concepts/protocols (Active Directory, Single Sign-On and associated technical protocols, multi‑factor authentication, cyber‑security risks) or appetite for acquiring this technical knowledge.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Powershell and CSharp.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Team spirit and good relationships, as well as service spirit and accountability are key values for this job position.
Problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
Fluent English; French is a plus.
