Opportunity
You’ll play a pivotal role in transforming market data into actionable strategies for the Iberia region. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial, Finance and top management, you’ll help shape decisions that impact business growth across categories such as fragrance, prestige, lifestyle, skincare, and make-up.
This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the Director of Business Intelligence & Consumer Insights, with direct exposure to General Management.
What you’ll be doing
* Analyze and track market KPIs: size, growth, competition, channel dynamics, pricing & promo impact.
* Deliver market forecasts to support planning processes (budget & 3Y plan).
* Estimate and track brand Sell-Out targets, spotting risks & opportunities.
* Consolidate and model data from multiple sources, ensuring integrity & consistency.
* Build dashboards and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau…) to enable decision-making.
* Identify opportunities for growth across categories and channels.
* Support strategic projects such as new brand/category integration.
* Provide data insights and reporting directly to senior leadership.
What we’re looking for
* +5 years’ experience in data analysis, market intelligence, or BI, ideally in FMCG, luxury, or beauty.
* Proficiency with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and market data sources (NPD, Nielsen, IRI…).
* Degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Marketing, or similar (Master’s is a plus).
* Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
* Advanced Excel and dashboard-building skills.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
* Proactive, autonomous, and adaptable profile.
