**Position**:
We are looking for a Group Quality Expert.
As Group Quality Expert you will support the continued development of our quality and compliance processes across the Nayak Group. You will work closely with the team to ensure regulatory compliance by managing foreign approvals, monitor official sources for relevant updates, and implement necessary corrective actions. You will support internal and external audits, maintain and improve documentation and forms, and contribute to internal publications.

As Group Quality Expert, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating in obtaining and maintaining necessary foreign approvals in a timely manner and ensuring accurate documentation
- Monitor official sources for regulatory updates and support the implementation of relevant changes
- Support the preparation of safety reports and follow up on corrective actions
- Preparing safety reports and supporting the implementation of corrective measures
- Overseeing and monitoring the related procedures and processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness
- Preparing and distributing official information to internal stakeholders
- Compile basic statistics and assist in the analysis of quality data
- Assisting in harmonizing the Nayak Group’s quality standards across different location
- Supporting the Quality Management (QM) department in conducting internal and external audits
- Help maintain and improve quality documentation and forms
- Contribute to internal communication efforts, such as newsletters and bulletins
**Requirements**:
**Required Qualifications and Skills**
- Aviation-specific training or advanced training in compliance, safety management, auditing, or related - fields such as PART-145 or CAMO
- Some experience working within the quality environment of an aviation company or an aviation supervisory authority, preferably with Part-145 or CAMO operations
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience working with aviation authorities, regulatory bodies, aviation safety and compliance will be considered a puls
