What youll do
* Be the trusted advisor for small and medium businesses helping them succeed through Google Ads and online campaigns.
* Build strong relationships with new and existing clients understanding their business goals and offering tailored advertising solutions.
* Spot opportunities to grow client accounts from upselling campaigns to optimizing ad performance.
* Use data and insights to provide strategic recommendations that drive measurable results.
* Collaborate with account managers to ensure clients achieve long-term success.
What we're looking for
Fluent German (C1) and strong English (B2).
* Previous experience in sales, account management, or digital marketing (Google Ads knowledge is a big plus!).
* A consultative mindset with the ability to turn client needs into impactful solutions.
* Confident using tools like Salesforce, Excel, or digital ad platforms.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and excited about working in a fast-paced international environment.
