The RSM will be responsible for new and existing services sales in the region for the assigned territory. The specific responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
1. Provide subject matter expert support as a sales overlay, assisting direct or indirect sales teams in the entire sales process in close cooperation with local sales.
2. The RSM will drive deals directly for a set of key accounts that do not necessarily involve hardware components.
3. Build relationships within targeted accounts at all levels to understand customer requirements and build a compelling value proposition based on Acceleronix’s services offerings.
4. Present Acceleronix’s services, including demonstrating deep familiarity with the company's infrastructure, security, and integration capabilities.
5. Manage customer technical due diligence and risk management processes.
6. Effectively communicate and present to multiple levels within organizations to demonstrate Acceleronix’s unique value.
7. Develop innovative strategies to address customer objections and lead to closing deals.
8. Handle negotiations in later sales stages through customer visits, RFP responses, and coordination with third-party providers.
9. Meet and exceed sales targets by developing strong relationships with senior executives at targeted accounts.
Other responsibilities include:
* Providing regular reports such as weekly activity, monthly sales forecasts, visit reports, market maps, and others as required.
* Leveraging CRM systems to manage customer contacts, leads, and opportunities.
* Advising management on market conditions, competitors, and gathering market intelligence.
* Performing other duties as needed to meet departmental and company objectives.
Minimum qualifications:
The ideal candidate has experience in the IoT industry, system integration, or wireless network sales, with a strong focus on new business development, and is highly motivated and self-directed. The candidate should be a go-getter who refuses to lose.
Minimum requirements include:
* Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university.
* 5+ years of sales experience.
* Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales objectives and quotas.
* Business fluency in one local language and English.
Additional requirements include:
* Experience managing relationships at the C-level within enterprise or strategic accounts.
* Technical proficiency with a background in long sales cycles.
* A self-starter with a will-to-win.
* Strong customer commitment and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Discretion, attention to detail, and common sense.
* Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve customer issues, maintaining communication until resolution.
* Willingness to travel 40%-60% within the territory.
* Valid driver’s license.
