Ph3Overview /h3 pbSkills /b Vendor Management /p pColt provides network, voice and data centre services to thousands of businesses around the world, allowing them to focus on delivering their business goals instead of the underlying infrastructure. /p pbShort Description /b /p pFunction: Finance (CFO) /p pReporting to: Senior Manager Procurement /p pLocation: Spain, Portugal, Romania /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liAct as the primary procurement interface for the Sales and Solutions teams in the development of customer bids and proposals. /li liTranslate customer solution requirements into supplier delivery requirements and sourcing needs. /li liIdentify, engage, and secure suppliers capable of delivering customized or non-standard solutions in line with bid needs. /li liSupport the design and negotiation of bespoke supplier contracts, ensuring alignment with customer deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms. /li liCollaborate with engineering, operations, and solution architects to ensure technical feasibility and supplier capability. /li liNegotiate commercial and contractual terms with suppliers to optimize total cost, manage risk, and ensure delivery flexibility. /li liEnsure alignment of supplier proposals with internal governance, compliance standards, and procurement policies. /li liProvide rapid procurement responses in line with bid timelines and ensure procurement input is fully integrated in customer proposals. /li liMaintain an awareness of technical market developments, supplier innovations, and alternative delivery models relevant to bids. /li liFacilitate supplier involvement in early-stage solution design to support innovation and cost-efficiency in customer offerings. /li liEnsure all procurement documentation (e.g. contracts, scopes of work, pricing, evaluation results) is managed and stored according to internal policy (e.g. Ariba or equivalent systems). /li liCoordinate with legal and commercial teams to ensure contract terms are robust and protect company interests while meeting customer commitments. /li liAssist in risk identification and mitigation strategies related to supplier performance, delivery timelines, and contractual obligations. /li liContribute to continuous improvement of procurement tools and processes supporting bid activity and customer-specific contracting. /li liAct as a subject matter expert in sourcing bespoke solutions within your domain, providing insights to the sales and delivery teams as required. /li /ul h3Key Performance Indicators /h3 ul liOpex and Capex savings against budget /li liOpex and Capex avoidance /li liSustainable metrics /li liRelevant support to the business to deliver at the right cost, the right object, at the right time /li liSuccessful opportunity analysis /li liStakeholder satisfaction /li /ul h3Relationships And Key Contacts /h3 ul liYour main contact will be with the sales Team /li liYou will be working closely with the Finance Business partners, legal as well as internal stakeholders /li liYou will be in constant touch with Colt suppliers /li /ul h3What we look for /h3 ul liAbility to communicate fluently in German is required, as the role involves supplier negotiations and business partnering in German /li liOver 5 years of experience in Procurement Sourcing Management, with a proven track record of delivering large, complex deals across service delivery operations. Demonstrated expertise in supplier sourcing, market dynamics, and sound business judgment. /li liStrong background as a sourcing or procurement manager, with solid project management, leadership, and negotiation skills. Adept at sustaining strategic relationships and influencing decision-making at all organizational levels. /li liHighly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to collect, interpret, and act on complex data. Comfortable working with procurement tools such as Ariba, SAP, and Fieldglass. /li liHolds a BSc in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
