OysterLink is the newest and fastest growing restaurant & hospitality job site. The site has launched recently and is generating over 300,000 monthly visitors organically.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a Digital Marketing Expert with creative thinking, hands-on expertise and excellent English communication, with proven expertise in at least two digital marketing channels.
- Create effective copy for marketing campaigns.
- Set up, optimize and manage paid and social campaigns to hit goals;
set realistic monthly goals, track results and prepare monthly reports.
- Develop strategies to ensure Qualified Candidates sign up, create free profiles and engage with the site.
- Encourage Hiring Managers to post jobs on a regular basis.
- Grow our social following and increase organic visitors from various search engines.
- Improve re-engagement and onsite stickiness to bring back visitors.
Qualifications
- 7+ years growing brands online with proven paid & social media expertise.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Hands-on expertise in at least two marketing channels such as PPC, Paid Social, SEO.
- Deep knowledge of campaign analytics (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, social dashboards, etc.).
- Strong copywriting for ads and campaigns.
- Proven ability to use AI effectively to streamline and enhance marketing results.
- Ideation-driven with a proven ability to create strategies to meet goals.
