Europcar Mobility Group is a major player in mobility markets. Its purpose is to offer attractive alternatives to vehicle ownership, in a responsible and sustainable manner. With this in mind, the Group offers a wide range of car and van rental services – be it for a few hours, a few days, a week, a month or more – with a fleet that is already "C02 light", equipped with the latest engines, and which will be increasingly "green" in the years to come (more than 1 / 3 electric and hybrid vehicles by 2023).

Europcar Mobility Group delivers its mobility solutions worldwide through an extensive network in over 140 countries (including wholly owned subsidiaries – 18 in Europe, 1 in the USA, 2 in Australia and New Zealand – completed by franchises and partners).

We are seeking a highly motivated and delivery-oriented Business Analyst to join our Strategy and Transformation team.

This role will be responsible for contributing to key strategic or transformation projects, conducting in-depth analyses and contributing to delivering actionable recommendations as well as contributing to the dynamics of the internal network of Strategy and Transformation contributors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Project Management and delivery; contribute to cross-functional teams to execute strategic or transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation of initiatives. Support Project Managers in steering or delivering their projects, taking responsibility of the delivery of specific work packages.
* Strategic analysis: conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis and industry benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
* Data analysis: analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights and develop data-driven recommendations to optimize business performance.
* Business modeling: contribute to projects aimed at supporting functions/countries in revisiting operational models (including for example process redesign, organization redesign, role mandates definition).
* Change management: collaborate with stakeholders to drive organizational change and transformation initiatives.
* Stakeholder engagement: build strong relationships with internal teams to facilitate collaboration and information sharing, contribute to all initiatives in this area.
* Continuous learning: stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
