This role offers the opportunity to lead security strategy, manage teams, and work on enterprise-scale SAP environments within a complex and evolving ecosystem.

- Location: San Agustín de Guadalix, Madrid
- Hybrid model: 2 days remote working per week
- Salary: €65,000 gross/year depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement security controls in SAP S/4HANA and related systems.
- Manage roles, authorizations, and segregation of duties (SoD).
- Define and govern SAP security standards aligned with corporate policies.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure proper implementation of security measures.
- Manage internal and external audits, including remediation activities.
- Implement digital identity, access management, and data protection solutions.
- Participate in SAP migration, upgrade, or new implementation projects.
- Contribute to the creation or enhancement of the Security Operations Center (SOC) to detect and respond to threats.
Technical Requirements
- +10 years of experience in SAP Security. Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Security
- Deep knowledge of SAP roles and authorizations, Fiori, SUIM, SU24, PFCG.
- Experience with GRC Access Control (ARM, ARA, BRM, EAM).
- Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Familiarity with cloud security (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).
- Nice to have: experience with SAP Cloud Identity Services, SAP BTP Security.
