WHAT DOES A CONTRACTS COMPLIANCE ANALYST DO?
As a Contracts Compliance Analyst, you manage commitments and contracts for BMBV. You are the first point of contact for executing all BMBV global third-party contracts. Ensuring compliance with document flow, delegation of authority, and policies is essential.
You report to the Procurement Services Lead and will join our organization in the Barcelona office.

This is your first or second job after earning your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
You are enthusiastic, structured, and communicate effectively in English across all organizational levels.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Be the first point of contact for Primos regarding the execution of all BMBV global third-party contracts.
2. Supervise and administer contract management and signature processes.
3. Review documents for quality, approvals, and compliance (e.g., BMBV board approval, payment terms committee approval).
4. Execute documents using software tools (e.g., DocuSign, Comas).
5. Maintain a commitments list.
6. Support or lead training on contract management and compliance topics.
7. Archive documents in our global repository.
8. Conduct periodic reviews, audits, and maintain records for contract activities.
9. Align with SAP OA and perform conditions control checks.
