**Position**: Team Manager / Team Lead - Contact center.
**Location**: Málaga, Spain
**Contract Type**: 6-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension.
**Salary**: €21k
**Working Hours**: 39 hours per week.
**On-site Training**: Get started with in-person training and work at our centrally-located Malaga office.
**Start date**: 01/12/2025.
** WHAT WE OFFER **
- Contract Type: 6-month temporary contract with strong possibilities of continuity.
- Weekly Schedule: 39 hours spread across the week.
- Comprehensive Training: Participate in an intensive course from November 10th, Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00, and Fridays from 9:00 to 16:00.
- Work Hours: Monday to Sunday, 9:00 to 18:00, working 5 days a week with 2 weekends off per month.
- Attractive Salary: €21,000 per year.
- Onsite Position: Location at our offices in Lehmberg Ruiz 21, Distrito Centro, Málaga.
** REQUIREMENTS **
**Language Proficiency**: Native or bilingual French and advanced English skills (B2).
**Experience**: Proven track record in customer service and team leadership.
**Leadership Skills**: Ability to guide the team through clear and effective communication.
