Descripción: This subject aims at analysing strategies for business internationalization, and in this regard, it focuses on what strategy is and why it is crucial. The course covers the main phases and parameters that should be considered in order to define, implement and boost a successful strategy in an organization.
Attention is drawn as well to globalization and international strategies, namely international expansion models of the enterprises. The subject identifies different phases and alternatives of the expansion of small and medium-sized enterprises.
Some cases and successful experiences will be scrutinised, so as to delve into the main concepts of the subject.
