Job Purpose
We are seeking a passionate, collaborative individual with strong partnership-building skills to join Unilever's procurement team
Key Responsibilities
* Develop procurement strategies to support business needs.
* Manage packaging material supply services, mitigate risks, and collaborate with partners.
* Monitor supplier capacity and capabilities, including mould utilization, to ensure supply continuity.
* Manage mould health, refurbishment projects, and Capex for the portfolio.
* Lead and support global / regional negotiations.
* Follow market conditions for price forecasting and budgeting.
* Contribute to packaging sustainability goals, including plastic reduction and NDPE metrics.
* Deliver cost savings and value creation.
* Optimize packaging design for cost and functionality.
* Implement value chain projects to enhance efficiency.
* Build strategic supplier relationships and foster innovation.
* Collaborate with R&D and technical teams for integrated programs.
* Ensure resilient supply chains are embedded in sourcing strategies.
* Manage portfolio complexity and adopt digital initiatives.
* Maintain high supplier service and quality levels.
* Act as a key interface for suppliers and demonstrate procurement value.
What You Need to Succeed
* Results-oriented with resilience and leadership qualities.
* Proactive in seeking improvements and collaborating.
Experience & Qualifications
* At least three years in procurement or supply chain, preferably in FMCG.
* Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiations.
* Knowledge of cost modeling and contracting strategies.
* Experience working in a global virtual team.
* Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
* Familiarity with negotiation techniques.
Additional Information
* Four weeks of flexible remote work annually.
