Job Description
1. ■Set-up of computers and components.
2. ■Solves requests forwarded by the Service Desk.
3. ■Solves technical problems with hardware and software searching knowledge base for solutions or contacting manufacturer.
4. ■Documents solutions in the ITSM Knowledge Base.
5. ■Supports other IT colleagues in their rollout projects.
6. ■Plans, coordinates and executes own rollouts for hardware and/or software incl. instruction and training for employees.
7. ■Supports initial training of colleagues.
8. ■And other Duties as assigned.
Work Experience
Fluent in English (B2 Upper Intermediate)
Professional: 3-5 years of professional experience in related area
