Our Ceuta-based operation is expanding, and we’re looking for a proactive and skilled** Finance Manager** to take responsibility for financial management, compliance, and reporting in Spain.
**Overall Responsibility**:
The **Finance Manager** will have main responsibility for **accounting, taxation, and financial reporting** for Paf Games SA Ltd, ensuring full compliance with Spanish and Ceuta regulations. The role include **hands-on accounting (A-Z)**, financial filings, and improving efficiency through automation and digitalization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead all accounting processes and ensure compliance with company standards.
Prepare and file **all tax returns, annual financial statements, and regulatory filings** in Spain and Ceuta. Coordinate with local tax advisors in Ceuta. Identify and mitigate financial and tax-related risks.
Prepare **gaming tax reporting** and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Serve as the **primary contact for Spanish audits**, collaborating with local auditors and tax authorities. Coordinate and prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
Work closely with the **Group CFO**, the **Finance function in Mariehamn (Finland)**, and the **CEO of Paf Spain** to align financial procedures and reporting.
Assist **CEO Spain** with banks and financial institutions: to handle banking relationships/operations.
Ensure effective **cost control, authorization**, and compliance with internal policies.
Produce **management accounts and ad-hoc financial reports**.
**Cash flow management**: monitor and forecast cash flows and the daily cash box.
**Support to management decisions**: provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Contribute to continuous process improvement and maintain up-to-date accounting policies and procedures.
Participate in **ongoing professional development**, with company support for relevant external courses.
**Required Qualifications**:
**Bachelor’s degree** in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
**Minimum 3 years’ experience** in accounting or finance, preferably within online gaming or regulated industries.
Strong knowledge of **tax laws and financial reporting standards in Ceuta and Spain**.
Experience in the **online gambling industry** and related tax frameworks is a major advantage.
Proven ability to manage **end-to-end accounting (A-Z)** and compliance processes.
Fluent in **English** (both written and spoken); Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.
**Technical & IT Skills**:
Strong **Excel and data analysis** skills.
Experience with **automation tools** and digital accounting processes.
Understanding of **online payment systems, affiliate systems**, and data reporting tools.
