Production Quality Engineer

Responsibilities
* Lead Problem Resolution Cross Functional Team using 8D-process:
o Analyze any product non-conformities in order to solve issues and verify customer or ALV concern
o Communicate and follow up (8D) with the other areas
o Analyze internal ppm, and generate continuous improvement actions
* Actively involved in PFMEA Go, See & Fix in serial production (enhance error proofing)
* Coordinate a team for Production quality tasks execution
* Update control plans and ensure that quality planning documentation is always updated (for example PFMEA, SWI, visual aids)
* Lead & Participate in product/process/dock audits
* Support implementation and maintenance of local and global Yokoten actions and lessons learned
* Support Serial changes (AS007)
* Responsible for execution of Manufacturing Release, in the case of serial change (AS007)
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in engineering
* High level of English
* Knowledge of quality tools
* Manufacturing and Operations knowledge
* Excellent technical and human skills
* Analytical thinking and teamwork spirit
* Flexibility and adaptability to a changing environment
