About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic National Sales Manager for Spain to lead and grow our commercial operations across the country. This role is responsible for developing and executing national sales strategies, managing and mentoring the sales team, and building strong relationships with key customers and partners. As National Sales Manager, you will work closely with the Country Head Spain and cross‐functional teams to drive revenue growth, identify new market opportunities, and strengthen ZO Skin Health's presence in the Spanish market.
Key Responsibilities
Remain knowledgeable on the most up-to-date protocols through our unparalleled education for self and customer accounts through various blended learning opportunities.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and market share targets.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and sales channels.
Set short- and long-term sales objectives in line with company business goals.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive performance, productivity, and accountability.
Hire, onboard, and train sales personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Foster a positive, results‐driven sales culture focused on teamwork and excellence.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, KPIs, and pipeline to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Implement effective sales processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Lead high‐level negotiations with clients and partners to secure major deals and long‐term contracts.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues and ensuring the team delivers exceptional service.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities in Spain.
Develop and manage, together with Country Head Spain, the sales department's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and work with Country Head Spain on revenue projections and budgetary planning.
Coordinate, execute and attend events for accounts to implement.
Attend trade shows/seminars when applicable.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure alignment on go‐to‐market strategies and customer needs.
Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to the designated departments within the company.
Key Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in sales leadership or national sales management.
5+ years experience in (local) skin care market.
Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high‐performing sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing sales performance metrics, forecasting, and budgets.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments to drive business growth.
