What will you do?
Identify and engage potential co-hosts in targeted locations through outbound outreach
Educate prospects on program value, market trends, and opportunities
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
Deliver consultative sales pitches and guide candidates through onboarding
Support the matching and onboarding process between hosts and co-hosts
Manage leads and track progress using CRM systems such as Salesforce
Meet and exceed KPIs related to outreach, acquisition, and engagement
Provide insights and recommendations based on client interactions and market feedback
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and drive results
Participate in continuous training and development initiatives
Candidate profile
1–2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar client-facing roles
Fluent in German (C2) and proficient in English
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a performance-driven environment
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus
Background in hospitality, property management, or similar industries is advantageous
Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable mindset
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
