We are problem solvers, storytellers, forward‑thinking, relationship builders, and responsible for company‑wide activities such as accounting, capital allocation, global tax planning, procurement, communication, and risk management. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liConduct thorough market research and internal analysis to understand trends, risks, and opportunities within the Technology category (cloud infrastructure and services, SaaS, business solutions, CRM, cybersecurity, collaboration tools, etc.). Based on this analysis, develop procurement strategies and implement projects that align with the organization’s objectives, focusing on cost reduction, spend control, demand management, service improvement, and innovation. /li liManage relationships with suppliers: select suppliers, negotiate contracts and renewals, and manage ongoing performance. Work closely with suppliers to ensure they meet the company’s standards for quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability. /li liCollaborate with internal stakeholders—technology, operations, finance—to understand needs and ensure procurement strategy supports overall business goals. Act as a bridge between the company and suppliers, facilitating communication and alignment of objectives. /li liIdentify and mitigate risks related to supply‑chain disruptions, regulatory compliance, and ethical sourcing. Develop contingency plans and ensure procurement practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and CSR standards. /li liPlay a critical role in developing and implementing sustainable procurement practices. Identify and prioritize environmentally friendly and ethically sourced indirect goods and services, engage suppliers to encourage sustainable practices, and ensure the supply chain meets sustainability and CSR goals. /li liIdentify and evaluate opportunities for new or improved products that can drive revenue growth. Collaborate with product development teams to bring innovative products to market, aligning with consumer demands and competitive differentiation. /li liParticipate and support procurement projects in other indirect categories as opportunities arise. /li /ul h3Your Qualifications /h3 ul liHold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a Technical field. /li liPossess a minimum of five years of experience in Category Management for Technology, in mature and advanced environments, leading this strategic category within an international corporate framework, managing across diverse business units, geographies, and multiple currencies. /li liStrong analytical skills with a comprehensive understanding of business analysis, costing, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models. /li liAdvanced proficiency in the Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite. /li liComplete fluency in English, both written and verbal. /li liFundamental knowledge of legal documentation, with the ability to interpret contracts and determine when to engage legal support. /li liWillingness to travel globally around 20 % of the time, with peaks up to 25 %. /li /ul h3Nice To Have /h3 ul liFluency in additional languages, particularly German, Italian, or French. /li liAt least three years of experience in other subcategories within Indirects. /li /ul h3About Us /h3 pAt Cimpress we’re passionate about empowering people to make an impression through individually meaningful, personalized physical products.
