As a Senior Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for applying your knowledge in digital strategy and 360 digital communication to deliver high-quality strategic and creative outputs for clients.
What we look for :
* Holistic knowledge of digital disciplines to deliver strategic and creative digital solutions to clients.
* Experience and understanding of Social, SEO, paid media (SEM, Social & Programmatic), and CRM disciplines.
* Ability to work on SEA, social paid, and programmatic plans, justify media plans, discuss feedback with clients, and understand lead generation campaigns and budget optimization.
* Lead digital initiatives within the team, establish effective client relationships, understand their needs and KPIs, and provide strategic input across digital channels.
* Develop sound strategies based on client KPIs and objectives with the help of area experts.
* Show leadership in creating presentations for digital and tactical campaign strategies, including organizing information flow and strategic rationales.
* Build collaborative relationships with internal teams and partners.
* Serve as a key knowledge resource on client/brand for the team, with training provided on client guidelines and tools.
* Organize and prepare client meetings and presentations.
* Manage social calendars, creative briefs, and upload content for approval.
* Prepare digital briefs (social, CRM, display) and coordinate feedback and approvals.
* Familiarity with FIGMA, Teams planner, HTML production, and Mailchimp for creative approvals and deliveries.
* Analyze monthly performance reports, using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, with a critical eye.
* Handle invoices and PO deliveries.
What we are looking for :
* University degree related to Digital, Marketing, Advertising, or Economics, or 5-7 years of experience managing 360 digital campaigns.
* Good communication skills, proactive, flexible, and dynamic.
* Results-driven attitude.
* Open to new ideas and change.
