Business Development Manager – Hunting and Outdoor Market

The Business Development Manager in the Hunting and Outdoor Market should have extensive knowledge of hunting and basic experience in electronics. A licensed hunter is highly preferred. The main responsibility is to develop the hunting market by approaching and building solid relationships with Distributors, Dealer Shops, and End Users.

The key attributes and expectations for a successful Business Development Manager include: a strong business sense, being a licensed hunter, experience in social media (Instagram/Facebook) with a large following, experience in retail or store management, integrity, trustworthiness, honesty, enthusiasm, responsibility, and excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.

Hikvision requires the Business Development Manager to act as an ambassador of the company and brand, delivering key tasks such as:

* Developing the hunting market through dealer/shop visits, brand promotion, display instructions, activities/events, relationship building, market research, and surveys of competitors and customers.
* Identifying potential business opportunities and growth points.
* Discovering dealer and end-user pain points and support needs.
* Presenting solutions to potential customers.
* Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other events.
* Collaborating with regional sales teams.
* Engaging in lobbying within associations and interest groups.
* Assisting consultants in specifying projects.
* Positioning HikMicro as the preferred product for consultants.
* Preparing reports for management.

Your Profile : Proven negotiation skills at the corporate level, open-mindedness to work in a multicultural environment, self-driven and ambitious attitude, strong English communication skills (oral and written). Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
