We are looking for a
Real Estate Debt Advisory & Origination professional
with strong knowledge of private debt financing and an active broker and intermediary network. This role will focus on originating and structuring high-quality short-term lending opportunities across residential and commercial real estate.
What You'll Do:
Build and grow a trusted network of brokers, introducers, developers, real estate professionals and real estate investors
Originate high-quality private debt financing in the UK and Western Europe
Represent Fracct in meetings, events, and through social platforms as a key face of our lending operation
Manage your own deal pipeline, engaging regularly with borrowers and partners
Collaborate with our in-house credit, structuring, and legal teams to drive deals to close
Help shape client proposals, term sheets, and marketing content that inspires confidence
Stay ahead of market movements, funding trends, and regulatory updates
What You Bring:
A strong, active network of brokers, developers, introducers, and intermediaries in residential real estate
Proven experience in bridging finance, real estate lending, or property investment advisory
A commercial mindset with the ability to spot viable lending opportunities and move quickly
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
Understanding of lending fundamentals, including structuring, underwriting, and risk
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a commission-only setup
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus xpzdshu
