Summary:
A marketing and sales role to develop and convert new business opportunities for the Engineering Plastic Compounds offered by the company in the Spanish market.Roles & Responsibilities:
Represent the company with comprehensive knowledge and application of policies. Research new customers and identify how existing sales policies address their needs. Manage and expand relationships with existing customers, including problem-solving. Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance, and making forecasts. Budget planning. Build effective working relationships within the organization, communicating clearly to contribute to the company's growth.Skills & Knowledge:
Relevant education. Five or more years managing sales of Thermoplastic Compounds with a successful track record of independently developing new customer bases. Proven experience in the Automotive Sector (relationship with OEM, Tiers 1) – an advantage. Record of success in achieving sales results matching the assigned budget. Initiative and proactive approach. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Reliability and service orientation. Fluent in Spanish and English. Willing to travel extensively.
