We are seeking expressions of interest from Analytics Engineers for future roles with us. You will leverage data for decision‑making and business optimization, build scalable infrastructure, and deliver analytics solutions to enhance our data capabilities in a dynamic, high‑impact environment.Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain data models using DBT to transform raw data into analytics-ready datasets, ensuring accuracy and performance for downstream consumption- Build and manage dashboards to enable self-service analytics for Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams- Partner with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs, provide actionable insights, and support strategic projects- Collaborate with Data Engineers to define data pipelines, ingestion strategies, and data governance policies- Ensure data quality, reliability, and consistency through testing, monitoring, and validation;
proactively resolve data discrepancies- Propose and implement continuous improvements to the data stack, document best practices, and keep documentation up to dateQualifications- 3+ years in analytics, data engineering, or similar data-focused roles, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment- Strong SQL skills with experience handling large datasets (BigQuery is ideal)- Experience with data modelling and transformation tools like DBT;
