Scope:
· To act as representative and focal interface for the Company with customers, PC’s and subcontractors for the ILS activities TP400 Technical Publications and Material Support.
Accountabilities:
· To be the focal point on TP400 Technical Publications for other EPI internal functions and Airbus DS organization TID.
· To be the focal point on TP400 Material Support for other EPI internal functions.
· To ensure the accomplishment of the Technical Publications KPIs.
· To ensure the on-time delivery according to the defined cut-off dates for Technical Publications.
· To ensure that all Technical Publications and Material Support processes, rule documents and guidance documents are up-to-date.
Responsibilities:
· To monitor the approval and delivery of Data Modules to Airbus, making sure all parties work in accordance with the relevant Quality Procedures.
· To train and help users with the utilization of the engine manuals.
· To develop and monitor TP KPIs and agree improvement plans if needed.
· To review and if needed update and agree the Technical Publications and Material Support processes, rule documents and guidance documents.
· To support and act as a backup for other ILS disciplines (Supportability Engineering, AGE, Training, Facilities, Service Bulletins).
· To support and act as backup for the ILS Working Group.
· To support the Technical Queries answering.
· To support in the update of the ILS actions trackers and lead the monitoring and chase for the actions closure.
· To support and act as backup for the Engine CCC.
Profile:
· Education: Degree
· Specialization: Aeronautical Engineer and Mechanical Engineer
· Experience Years: 3-5 years experience in Service Support and related technical knowledge
· People reporting to this position: 0
· Experience in the Technical Publication process
· General knowledge about ILS and engine MRO.
· Ability to interface with different customers and internal functions
· Working in an international environment
· Position in EPI Madrid
