* Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement
* Manage and inspire the creative team (designers, copywriters, video producers)
* Lead italki's global social media presence (Instagram, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Oversee PR activities and manage media communications when needed
* Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Service, SEO/GEO, Content, CRM) to ensure brand consistency
* Create authentic stories that connect italki users, teachers, and language learners
* Build and maintain partnerships with influencers, language creators, and media
Requirements
* Strong command of English, both verbal and written, with excellent proficiency. xpzdshu
* 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, creative direction, or social media management
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Strong creative and storytelling skills
* Hands-on experience managing and growing social media platforms
* Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture branding with on-the-ground execution
Plus
* Experience in the language learning/education industry preferred
* Background as a language teacher, language learner, or polyglot is a strong plus
* Prefer a strong entrepreneurial mindset
