The Gameloft Barcelona Studio has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Game Community Manager to join their team working on Disney Speedstorm.
As a Senior Game Community Manager, you will be part of a passionate team of social media & community experts dedicated to creating rewarding community experiences for our engaged players and fans worldwide. Your main responsibilities include defining, developing, and managing community content and experiences to keep players entertained and engaged. You will work with a Junior Community Manager to care for the communities and incorporate their feedback to improve player experiences. A passion for gaming and Disney is essential.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing and producing evergreen content strategies aligned with game priorities.
* Collaborating with licensors to ensure content meets standards.
* Providing the community with access to patch notes, tutorials, and event information.
* Managing content creation processes and optimizing for ROI.
* Tracking and analyzing KPIs for community and content performance.
Campaign & Community Activation (20%)
* Planning and executing community activations for major milestones.
* Analyzing campaign performance for continuous improvement.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to amplify activations.
* Building strong community bonds through conversational approaches.
* Supporting the Junior Community Manager in moderation and engagement.
* Ensuring community safety and managing crises.
* Analyzing community conversations for insights.
* Developing UGC and achieving performance targets in growth, engagement, and retention.
Planning & Project Management (20%)
* Planning and pitching community experiences with licensors.
* Coordinating with internal teams for community projects.
* Using tools to analyze content impact and propose improvements.
* Monitoring industry trends and benchmarking.
* Participating in global projects and creating presentations.
Main Performance Indicators:
* Impact on game KPIs, sentiment, feedback, retention.
* 2-4 years of relevant experience in gaming.
* Passion for gaming and understanding of community KPIs.
* Experience with social media, community tools, and working with licensors.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with positive energy and team spirit.
