At Innogroup Tech, a fast-growing international team working across Fintech, Insurtech, and Legaltech projects, we are looking for a Product Owner to bridge the gap between business and development teams, supporting both our existing and upcoming tools.
Key Responsibilities
Define What to Build
* Translate business requirements into actionable development tasks.
* Determine technical requirements, development cycles, and scope.
Product Management
* Manage and refine the Product Backlog in close collaboration with the development team.
* Define User Stories and technical acceptance criteria.
Team Communication
* Act as a liaison between business and the development team.
* Ensure a shared understanding of requirements across all parties to eliminate ambiguity.
AI Skills
* Experience using AI tools to enhance product managment efficiency
* Document generation, data analysis and task automation
Requirements
Hard Skills
* Advanced prioritization techniques (MoSCoW, WSJF, Cost of Delay).
* Grasping of web and mobile app development, APIs, and data flows at a conceptual level
* Expertise in Agile and Scrum environments
* Advanced English level (required)
Experience
* Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in similar positions
* Technical background in web application development and integrations is a plus.
* Possible previous positions: Product manager, Business analyst.
