Thales Cybersecurity & Digital Identity is a general leader in digital security, delivering products, software and services based on digital identification and data protection.ResponsibilitiesOn the Account Manager role you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with key cards and issuance customers, ensuring and optimizing revenue generated for Thales at its customers.Manage the entire sales lifecycle for our SaaS modern card issuance services, from lead identification, through qualification, offer, negotiation and opportunity closing.Identify, manage and close market opportunities on new and existing accounts (up-sells) to achieve or exceed financial targets.Monitor Customer Satisfaction and lead Thales organization to define, implement and follow-up improvement plans.Key AreasCARDS AND ISSUANCE CUSTOMER MANAGEMENTAs the main account owner and first point of contact for Card and Issuance services customers, build strong relationships throughout sales cycles.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations and propose ways to maximize value for both customer and Thales.Experience, Knowledge & SkillsExperience: 5-10 years minimum in a sales or Account Executive role within Financial Institutions and/or FinTech, with ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders in a complex sales process.
Proven consultative mindset focused on understanding customer needs and driving toward sales closure.Knowledge: Degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering.
Strong understanding of SaaS solutions, cloud technology and agile delivery models and how they apply to financial services.Skills: Strong leadership, ability to influence decision making using data; excellent organizational skills; strong customer orientation; effective negotiation skills; and excellent communication in English and Spanish.At Thales we provide CAREERS and not only jobs.
