Purpose of the role: As a member of the TP, you will be working to support live providers in Local Services Ads by Google. You will become a digital expert on requirements and support, providing expert support and guidance to live providers, becoming a trusted advisor on digital advertising strategies and contributing significantly to their business success. Responsibilities: Lead verification operations, ensuring rigorous validation of licenses, insurance, and business credentials. Provide expert-level support and manage complex escalations with precision and professionalism. Ensure strict content compliance through proactive monitoring and resolution. Analyze provider performance, drive strategic improvements, and contribute to retention initiatives. Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions and full compliance. Serve as a regional authority on verification standards and onboarding protocols. Take initiative in dynamic, cross-functional tasks and contribute to operational excellence. Requirements C2 level of German and English. Extensive experience in customer service and stakeholder engagement. Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver results under pressure. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields. 2 years experience in legal compliance, trust & safety, or verification, with deep knowledge of local legislation. Familiarity with home services industries (e.g., plumbing, electrical).
