- Own and execute the content calendar for English-speaking markets. Video is a core part of the day-to-day — you’ll be on camera.

- Grow Instagram EN organically, with Reels as the main discovery engine.
\n
- Build a LinkedIn audience that actually reaches US social media professionals, with content calibrated for the American market.
\n
- Monitor performance metrics using Metricool’s own tools and make content decisions based on data.
\n
- Identify platform updates, algorithm changes, and US trends and turn them into timely content.
\n
- Support the distribution of studies, data reports, and lead magnets to amplify their social distribution.

- Work alongside the social media team from day one — collaborate on responsibilities across all markets.

- Provide editorial direction and criteria to junior team members — not as a manager, but as the most senior reference on the team.

- Work closely with Content, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure brand consistency across markets.

- Share learnings, format experiments, and performance insights with the wider team.
\n

- At least 3–5 years of experience managing social media strategies for B2B or SaaS brands.
\n
- Proven track record growing Instagram and/or LinkedIn audiences organically.
\n
- Experience analysing performance data and making content decisions from it.
\n
- Experience working alongside junior team members and providing direction without formal authority.
\n

- English at native or near-native level. All content creation is in English.
\n
\n

- Deep understanding of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram).

- Comfortable on camera: short-form video creation is a core part of the day-to-day.

- Strong knowledge of social media analytics and management tools.

- Ability to create content that is culturally native to the US market.
