Your responsibilities as a Business Analyst will be:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Manage the application release flow within the App Store and Google Play Store.
* Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical teams.
* Report to the company Product Manager.
* Analyze data and trends to provide valuable insights that support decision-making processes.
* Collaborate in product-related decisions.
* Build the requirements for the development of new features.
* Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
* Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis.
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
* Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical discipline such as Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, etc.
* Experience with software solutions.
* 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
* Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques. (Ideally, previous experience in tech writing)
* Experience structuring and creating documentation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good command of the English language.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Familiarity with mobile apps is a plus.
* Familiarity with loyalty marketing or mobile solutions is a plus.
* Familiarity with ClickUp is a plus.
