Your mission
You will take ownership of a critical middleware platform (CICS / MQ) running on Linux, ensuring its stability, scalability and evolution in a high-demand production environment.
This role combines deep technical expertise + platform ownership + real decision-making capacity.
What you'll be doing
* Lead platform reliability and operations for CICS TX and MQ services
* Own incidents, problem management and RCA in critical environments
* Drive upgrades, improvements and evolution of the middleware stack
* Define and enforce standards for availability, performance and operational excellence
* Coordinate with IBM, application teams and cloud/DR initiatives
* Improve observability, automation and change management processes
* Act as technical reference in a legacy-to-distributed transformation context
What we're looking for
* Solid experience in CICS TX and/or IBM MQ environments
* Strong background in Linux-based middleware platforms
* Experience in SRE / production environments (incidents, RCA, SLAs)
* Understanding of high availability, performance tuning and clustering
* Ability to operate in critical, high-availability environments
* Experience working with multiple stakeholders (infra, apps, vendors)
