This is a full-time job opportunity, offering the chance to learn everything about international recruitment and work in our office located in the city centre of Málaga .

Your Role as an International Recruiter
As an International Recruiter, you will work with the following tasks (including but not limited to):
7. Being responsible for your own recruitment projects with existing customers
8. Using your creativity to create eye-catching and informative job adverts
9. Being active on the phone and proactively headhunting candidates using various tools and portals
10. Leveraging social media to create visibility and reach out to potential candidates
11. Screening applications and interviewing candidates via phone and video
12. Creating candidate presentations and following up with clients throughout the process
13. Matchmaking and building strong relationships with both candidates and clients
14. Managing your time effectively to create structure and drive success
15. Working towards weekly and monthly KPIs and budgets
To Be Successful in This Role, You Are…
16. Fluent in one of the Nordic languages : Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish
17. Interested in an international career and environment and enjoy working with people
18. Structured and able to multitask
19. A positive, solution-oriented problem solver
20. A strong communicator who enjoys speaking with candidates and clients
21. Goal-oriented and driven by reaching targets (a sales background is preferable)
22. Interested in the international recruitment industry
23. Adaptable to change and able to work with deadlines
24. Self-driven and able to work both independently and as part of a team
25. Educated and/or experienced in a similar role, department, or industry
