Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative and passionate Talent Acquisition intern to join our growing and successful company on an excellent opportunity within the Group Talent Acquisition Team. This position offers the chance to develop into a permanent role. We welcome applicants from all university backgrounds; specialised degrees in Psychology and/or Human Resources are a definite plus.

Key Responsibilities
Providing excellent support across the whole recruitment process at Verisure.
Assisting on job description editing and drafting, following directions and guidance from internal stakeholders.
Software database administration (Workday, Phenom), day-to-day operations and assisting with weekly reports (Excel, PowerPoint).
Being the first point of contact for candidates across different levels and job requisitions.
Sourcing and head-hunting support for some of our business‑key roles.
Location
Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid) Headquarters.
Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
Ideally able to join immediately; however, availability will be assessed on a case‑by‑case basis.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Great communication skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to prioritise and multi‑task.
Willingness to learn, progress, and motivation is a must.
Qualifications & Knowledge
Last year students or recent University graduates with degrees such as Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, etc., who are passionate about innovation and willing to challenge themselves.
Highly valued knowledge in HR software and recruitment ATS, content creation, product presentation, HR analytics, data, etc.
