What´s like to work in Softonic !About the PositionThe Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing initiatives for Softonic properties. This includes utilising a range of acquisition channels such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media platforms. You will assist in planning the media budget and managing agency relationships for paid media. The role involves optimizing campaigns to drive results, ensuring the execution aligns with Softonic's strategic goals.The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical and hands-on problem solver, with proven success in B2B performance marketing campaigns and a strong track record of delivering results in customer acquisition.In this role, you will create, manage, and analyze paid media campaigns to optimize performance, focusing on driving B2B traffic and conversions.REQUIREMENTSKey responsibilitiesLaunch and manage acquisition campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads and social mediaAnalyze and report on live and test marketing campaigns, with a focus on B2B customer acquisitionWork closely with the product team to build landing pages for affiliate offers tailored for B2B audiencesAnalyze landing page performance to improve conversion rates for B2B trafficCollaborate with the marketing team to support Softonic’s strategic goals and exceed monthly and annual performance goals for the channelDevelop and execute a plan for driving engagement with newly acquired B2B customersConduct multivariate testing to ensure a positive user experience across all marketing initiativesDiversify acquisition channels while maintaining an overall ROI goalForecast marketing campaign growth and ROI, achieving maximum ROI in paid media campaigns by analyzing data and identifying trends and insightsTrack KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues, continuously improving resultsStay up-to-date with PPC and SEM trends, making data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performanceMinimum Experience and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on B2B marketing and data analysisExpertise in media platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, etc.Experience with website analytics tools and generating campaign reports (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)Proven success in SEM and managing Google Ads campaigns, specifically for B2BExperience driving traffic for affiliate offers, especially within a B2B context, is a plusExperience working with landing pages and optimizing for B2B conversionsExperience with Customer Data Platforms or first-party data to gain insights and provide actionable solutionsStrong intellectual curiosity and motivation to understand consumer behavior through both quantitative and qualitative dataA proactive professional with excellent analytical skills.Why Softonic?Private Health CareTax consultantDining RoomGaming room & TerracesFresh Fruits, Coffee, Snacks & DrinksInternal Training ProgramDiscounts At Gyms & RestaurantsFlexible Work Schedule ( home office and 2 days / week in the office)Day off at your birthday & other´s evenings offDiscover more...Softonic is committed to equal opportunity and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religious beliefs, color, gender, age, citizenship, origins, disability, sexual orientation, sexual identity, background, marital status, or any other characteristic.
