¿Qué buscamos?
\n
Una persona titulada universitaria en ámbito científico-técnico y preferiblemente con experiencia previa en industria farmacéutica en el área operativa. En dependencia del Líder de Area de Líquidos Inhalados, su misión principal será:
\n
· Control de las operaciones de fabricación y acondicionamiento (Process Confirmation)
\n
· Organización de recursos para orientar al equipo a la consecución de objetivos (Performance, Personas)
\n
· Liderar la mejora continua realizando Gembas, detectando y resolviendo Problemas, gestionando Ciclos de Mejora.
\n
Principales responsabilidades
\n
Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares y procedimientos de Seguridad y Calidad del área. Responsable de llevar a cabo la respuesta rápida en las investigaciones de accidentes, incidentes y desviaciones producidas en su turno.
\n
Plan de programación de su turno:
\n
- Acordarlo y garantizar su cumplimiento.
- Coordinar la organización del personal del turno
\n
· Liderazgo y desarrollo de su equipo de trabajo.
\n
· Liderazgo en el rendimiento a través de la TIER1 (Performance Management).
\n
· Trabajar según su propio LSW, que asegure cumplimiento de las formas de trabajo buscando 0 Accidentes, defectos y desperdicios. Promover las mejoras de aspectos de EHS, Calidad y Suministro.
\n
¿Qué se necesita?
\n
· Titulación universitaria, valorables formaciones de ciencias o ingeniería.
\n
· Nivel alto de inglés.
\n
· Manejo fluido de herramientas Ms Office.
\n
· Experiencia en gestión de equipos.
\n
Valorable
\n
· Experiencia en entornos GxP.
\n
· Conocimientos de SAP u otros ERP.
\n
· Conocimientos en análisis de datos.
\n
· Experiencia en Power BI o similares.
\n
