In Atos IT we are looking for a Consultant/a de Gestión del Cambio with experience leading technology, organisational and operational transformation initiatives. This position is key to supporting our clients in adopting new processes and technologies, ensuring a smooth and sustainable transition.
Responsibilities
Design and implement change‐management strategies tailored to each client's needs.
Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and execute change plans that guarantee effective adoption.
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to facilitate transition to new operating models.
Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the change process.
Produce clear documentation and compelling presentations for diverse audiences.
Maintain strong and proactive client relationships.
Support internal and external communication related to change initiatives.
Requirements
Demonstrable experience in Change Management projects and adoption processes.
Strong analytical skills and understanding of organisational processes.
Knowledge and use of change‐management methodologies and tools.
Official Change Management certification (HCMBOK, ADKAR or equivalent).
Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
Proactive attitude, customer orientation, and ability to build trust.
English proficiency at least B2.
Spanish proficiency at C1 (essential).
