We are looking for a dynamic and service-driven professional with experience in account management, customer success, or sales, who is passionate about education and student development.
What You Will Be Doing
Student Success & Account Management
* Manage a portfolio of students, acting as their primary point of contact throughout their learning journey
* Build strong, trust-based relationships to drive engagement, retention, and long-term success
* Understand each learner's goals, motivations, and challenges to deliver a highly personalized experience
* Proactively monitor student progress and intervene when necessary to ensure achievement of milestones
* Conduct regular advising sessions to review progress, set goals, and maintain accountability
Engagement, Retention & Growth
* Drive student retention and renewals through consistent follow-up and high-touch engagement
* Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and referrals in collaboration with the sales team
* Re-engage inactive or at-risk students through outbound communication (calls, messages, etc.)
* Act as a key contributor to center performance by supporting student satisfaction and lifetime value
Sales & Outreach Support
* Conduct outbound calls to students and prospects to encourage bookings, attendance, and engagement
* Support lead conversion by assisting walk-ins and inbound inquiries with professionalism and care
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to active student
* Maintain a strong understanding of the Wall Street English product to confidently position its value
Operations & Student Experience
* Ensure every student and visitor receives a warm, professional, and welcoming experience
* Manage scheduling and proactively book students into classes to optimize center capacity
* Maintain organization of the reception area and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Collaborate with internal teams (Service, Sales, Academic) to resolve student needs efficiently
Teaching & Academic Support
* Deliver onboarding sessions to new students, ensuring full understanding of the Wall Street English method
* Provide personalized feedback and coaching to support student progression
* Follow up with students throughout their course to maintain motivation and consistency
* Promote an English-only environment in engaging and creative ways
Your Profile
* University degree
* Legally authorized to work in the EU
* Experience in account management, customer success, sales, or client-facing roles
* Comfortable with outbound communication, including cold calling and follow-ups
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills – empathetic, proactive, and solution-oriented
* Service-minded with a commercial mindset
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Computer literate
* Fluent Spanish
* High level of English (minimum B2)

* Background in SaaS, education, hospitality, or service environments
* Experience managing a portfolio of clients or customers
* Proven ability to drive engagement, retention, or revenue growth
* Passion for education and helping others achieve their goals
