About the Role

Our client, a leading international company specializing in high-level B2B networking and events, is seeking a Sales Executive to drive business growth in the UK & Ireland (UKI) market. Based in Barcelona, you will play a key role in expanding the company’s presence by identifying and engaging decision-makers, building relationships, and promoting exclusive business events.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Business Development: Identify and approach senior-level executives in the UKI market, understanding their business challenges and presenting tailored event solutions.

2. Consultative Sales: Conduct outbound sales calls and virtual meetings, engaging clients with a consultative sales approach.

3. Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.

4. Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.

5. Market Insights & Strategy: Stay up to date with industry trends and provide insights to optimize sales strategies for the UKI region.

What We’re Looking For

6. 2-4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in consultative or solution-based sales.

7. Strong hunter mentality with a proven track record of new business development.

8. Experience in selling events, conferences, or networking solutions is a plus.

9. Fluent English (native or near-native level) – additional languages are a plus.

10. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

11. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
