About the Role
As an M&A Analyst,
you will be a core member of the deals team from day one
. You'll gain unparalleled exposure to the full transaction lifecycle, working side-by-side with associates and partners to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

What You'll Do
* Drive Deal Execution:
Play a critical role in the origination and execution of live M&A transactions, from initial analysis to closing.
* Develop High-Impact Materials:
Create and manage key transaction documents, including pitch books, financial presentations, and information memorandums.
* Build Complex Financial Models:
Take ownership of building and managing sophisticated financial models for business valuation, LBOs, and other complex analyses.
* Conduct In-Depth Analysis:
Perform exhaustive market research, competitor analysis, and identification of potential investment opportunities for clients.
* Support Senior Team:
Collaborate directly with Associates and Partners, providing analytical support and contributing to the strategic direction of ongoing transactions.
What You'll Need
* An outstanding academic record
in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
* 0 to 1 year of relevant full-time experience
in M&A, Private Equity, or Transaction Services
* A highly analytical mindset
with impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to delivering flawless work.
* A proactive, resilient, and resourceful approach
to problem-solving.
